Drake helped my purchase my house in Long Beach. I had sold my condo and had been renting for a couple of years before deciding to get back in the real estate market. I didn't make much money on my condo sale so i was a bit cautious about buying another home. It was really important for me to find a realtor who knew the area and the neighborhood. I knew Drake from bowling and from his days as a waiter at the Porch Cafe, so I knew he could guide me on the neighborhoods. He was a new realtor at the time and I was a little worried about his lack of experience; but, he quickly put those fears to rest with his knowledge and professionalism.
